Maaan, I never got pics of any of my Dragon*Con outfits, I particularly wanted a few of this outfit but forgot to take any to show off~ I made this to wear to the lolita's tea party at the Ritz, I decided to wear it again this week just because~

I made the hat, the vest, and the skirt with some fabric I found at the thrift store... I think it was about 8 yards for $5! Awesome <3 The blouse and shoes were also thrifted~ Much love for the thrift stores over here. I made a little handbag to go with it a well this week:



The print is really not my usual style, but who cares, I thought it was cute enough for a lolita coordination. Next week I'm going to work on a set for Abbie Kun with this fabric <3 Then we can be cross-country 'twins' XD Hehe.

*phew* I'm sooooo tired z___z; And it's only 10?? Geez...

Well, we had a lovely honeymoon! I'll post pics later.. sometime... when I'm not busy cleaning up the house or sleeping (haha). But I do have some wedding pics so I'll post them! Just a few (like, 50 ^__~) right now, if you want to you can see the rest in the online photo album.

The wedding was great, well, from my perspective at least *^__^* I really had a great time, nothing went wrong, it didn't rain, and I married my Josh <3 <3 <3

So yes, I had a great new year's! Since we've gotten back things have been great actually, except that I've been sicky-sick off and on the past few days since we got back... Anyway, Josh's stepmom got a bonus from work, and gave Josh money to help pay off his debt *____* Holy wow, ok so I mean to say she is paying the rest off! How awesome is that??? We went to dinner with them Friday night and that was discussed, and we told them out engagement was back on... Of course she is excited and her and Josh pretty much decided how the wedding will go right there (at their house, outside, oh, maybe in the back and you guys can stand in the gazebo and there can be candles and flowers in the pool and you can have so-and-so sing and...) ^^ Hehe, it was cute. Also they said they'd help Josh with putting a down-payment on... a house! OOOOOOOOMFG~!!! The idea that by this time next year we could be living in our own house is really exciting to us :DDD

This weekend has been pretty low-key. Ran around doing some things yesterday, we got a new comforter set, I actually bought some more xmas stuff at Target (90% off!), and took down the tree, then today it was return of the sicky-sick a bit... I'm pretty tired of this sick crap! I did manage to get some work in though, but I've been totally slack-ass about cleaning up the house. Tomorrow though I will get the dining room cleaned so I can sew again, and I'll clean up the bedroom closet at least ^^;

This week I have to go get my car inspected and do my registration... I have to actually go over to Lawrenceville to do that since the address on my license is a PO Box and you just cant do it via mail like that :/ Boo. Ah well.... Then Saturday there is an event at Spring4th that you all should keep an eye out for and attend ;)

Hmmm soooo tired now Z___Z Time for some DS and bed~

Last Friday I met a Spartan. A real, live Spartan! Well, actually, I'm pretty sure he was not a real Spartan, but he was alive, at least.


I'm on the left, btw. Hopefully no one has been confused all this time (somehow) and thinking that I'm really a 6' tall, tanned, somewhat-defined man.

Hung out with missmeganmaude yesterday and went with her on the mission of buying the most expensive magical sewing machine evar.



Cuuuute, no? I can't wait to see the cool things she'll make on it. I don't know much about sewing machines but all the crazy old ladies at the sewing center were all 'omg you'll lurve it!' We went back to her place and hung out a bit more until she had to go back to the center for a presentation/class/whatever, but I'll see her again this afternoon ^___^

Came home after all that and found normal home before me~ I tried out the new outfit Megan gave to me and pranced around the house as I am apt to do, then decided I really needed a DS Lite so we packed up my old one and a bunch of games and off to Game Stop~

Now I have a shiney new DS Lite <3 And pretty much for free, since I traded in a lot of games, plus they had some promotion going on so I got extra monies out of them... Josh traded in some of his as well, so after the DS Lite purchase we still had $40+ left... So we got another Wiimote and a carry case for the Wii, some extra DS stylus' (lol, Josh lost his first one the moment it came out), and I got some neat red things for mine...

Since I traded in... pretty much every game except Bust-A-Move, I only have that one game for my DS ^_^;; But hopefully my R4 card will be in soon and I can play more ThemePark and Sudoku. I am such a sad geek-dork.
